During my recent stay at Umuzi Lodge, I was thoroughly impressed by the range of amenities and activities available on the premises. From the thrilling water slides to the fun-filled putt putt, there was always something exciting for my family and me to enjoy. The selection of restaurants also provided us with a variety of dining options, ensuring that there was something to satisfy everyone's tastes.

The location was perfect with easy access to activities and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I especially loved the breakfast, delicious, and the hotel facilities were excellent.

Our family trip was made perfect by the location of the hotel, being close to the water park and other activities. The service we received was outstanding, the staff was clear and informative about the place and the aquazone and residence pool were fantastic. In addition to the beautiful view of the resort, the beds were made up beautifully. We were able to have a morning walk while the general staff cleaned our room.

The catering staff could use some improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near key tourist attractions and offers comfortable beds. the on-site restaurant provides tasty food.

The hotel charges a high breakage deposit, and the showers are small and uncomfortable. the pool area restaurant service is poor, and some menu items may not be available.

Close to amenities and good variety of activities. The beds were comfortable which made sleeping easy, and the variety of activities and restaurants on offer was appealing. Being able to have everything accessible from under one roof made it an easy and convenient choice of places to stay.

Disappointing communication, cleanliness, and poor location. The service was below par, and the cleanliness was substandard.
